Branson's first show, The Baldknobbers Jamboree, began the Branson family entertainment phenomenon in 1959 when the four Mabe brothers began entertaining visitors on the Branson lake front.

Today's Baldknobbers Show is a musical powerhouse featuring a talented cast of dynamic singers, musicians, comedians and entertainers as they perform your favorite Country Classics, Hot New Country Hits, Toe Tappin' Gospel and Lots Side-Spitting Comedy.
Following in the footsteps of their fathers and grand fathers the show features, Tim Mabe, who is the show's producer and AKA "Droopy Drawers Jr" Tim's wife Patty and their son Brandon Mabe and his son Broden, plus Brent, Garrett and Denton Mabe and Joy Bilyeu-Steel.

The show is a great mix of comedy and music that is suitable for the entire family. There is a variety of music performed by very talented musicians. The comedy made me laugh until I cried throughout the show. The patriotic tribute is very well done as well as the gospel portion. I have seen many shows in the area and this is one show that I keep coming back to see each year.

As far as i'm concerned this is the best show in Brason. I go twice a year and it is always the greatest. Thank you Baldknobbers for all you have done for Branson, Mo. The Baldknobbers came to Springfield around 1968 to do a show at FBC. They assumed since it was at a church they should wear suits and ties. They were shocked when they walked in and everyone at the church was dressed hillbilly and using bales of hay for tables and chairs. George Agernite ruled the night! And their rate was very eskonomikal. Thanks for the memories.

How Refreshing to go to a show which is suitable to anyone, from the very young to the elderly. The singers & band are very good, & the comedians are hilarious. The pre show is great also. The gift shop has very good merchandise, w/great prizes.
